四大宗门之首的玄灵宗，多年来第一次来临水城选拔弟子，方秦两家围绕这一个将决定二者命运的契机，展开明争暗斗。最终，秦南依靠潜心修炼、绝佳天资以及奇遇所得的战神之魂，在使者萧轻雪的公正判罚下，成功扭转颓势战胜方家。进入宗门后，秦南因卷入萧轻雪被逼婚一事，惹来宗主之子欧阳君的仇视。为了不断变强，报答萧轻雪的知遇之恩，秦南屡破强敌，连夺万象大比、外门大比第一、与四大宗门天才共闯武缘阁，并获得搅动大陆的惊天秘密，与冷锋约战生死殿、破北海家围困临水城之难，探索九字真言塔，誓与宗门恶势力战斗到底。
《阿优的日常》故事点的设立围绕2017年浙江省教育厅颁布的《浙江省小学生日常行为规范》的二十二条行为规范展开。该规范特别针对小学年龄阶段的学生制定，分别从“安全意识”、“健康生活”、“人文底蕴”、“责任担当”和“学会学习”五个方面对小学生的日常行为做出了细致的要求，旨在于加强对学生的文明礼貌教育和行为训练，在此意义上，这份行为规范其实是每个小学年龄段的孩子都应该遵守的准则，具有普遍性，而不是仅仅针对某一地区。所以，《阿优的日常》以此为本，挖掘出符合全国小朋友都受用的案例故事，希望能让小朋友们在轻松的观看中养成受益终身的好习惯，能真正做到寓教于乐，“为成长加优”。
